Maybank x Tune Talk Monthly Plan T&Cs

  1. This Maybank Monthly Plan (‘Plan’) terms and condition (‘Plan Terms and Conditions’) shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription, (‘Service Subscription Terms and Conditions’) and shall be read together with Tune Talk CUN VALUE Plan (“TTCVP Data Plan Terms and Conditions”), Tune Talk VALUE Plan (“TTVP Data Plan Terms and Conditions”) and Tune Talk BUDDIES Plan (“TT BUDDIES Data Plan Terms and Conditions”).
  2. All subscribers that participate in this Plan are bound by the Plan Terms & Condition terms together with the Service Subscription Terms and Condition and/or any other terms and conditions related to the provision of Tune Talk’s Service. Tune Talk reserve the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, vary or change any Plan or Service Subscription Terms and Conditions at time without any prior notice to Subscribers.
  3. These Plans are valid for all existing Tune Talk subscribers that are on the Tune Talk CUN VALUE pack, Tune Talk VALUE pack, Tune Talk BUDDIES or Eligible Partners pack until further notice. Tone Excel, Tone Plus subscribers are not eligible to subscribe to this Plan.
  4. The details of the Maybank Monthly Plan (quota, validity and price) are as stated in the table below:

  5. Purchase of Maybank Monthly Plans
    1. Subscriber must be registered to transact via their Maybank2u or Maybank Mobile App. 
    2. To purchase Maybank Monthly Plans follow these steps:
      1. Maybank2u
        • STEP 1 = Login to your Maybank2u account;
        • STEP 2 = Select “Pay and Transfer” on the top right-hand tab;
        • STEP 3 = Under “Reload To”, select “Internet”;
        • STEP 4 = “Telco List”, select “Tune Talk Data Plans”;
        • STEP 5 =  To enter “Mobile Number”, select either the “RM38 or RM68 Plan” and tap “Reload”;
        • STEP 6 =  Tap “Request”, to receive secure verification SMS and confirm transaction.
      2. Maybank Mobile App
        • STEP 1 = Login to your Maybank Mobile App;
        • STEP 2 = Select “Mobile” from the navigation bar at the right-hand bottom tab;
        • STEP 3 = Select “Prepaid Reload”, from the Telco list, select “Tune Talk Data Plans”;
        • STEP 5 = To enter “Mobile Number” and tap “Continue”;
        • STEP 6 = Select either the “RM38 or RM68 plan” and tap “Proceed”;
        • STEP 7 = Check your reload details, tap “Confirm & Pay” and tap “Approve”;
        • STEP 8 = To receive In-app notification upon successfully transaction.
  6. Once payment is successful, the Plan will be provisioned within 15 minutes.
  7. The Plan will NOT auto-renew upon expiry.
  8. For subscribers that are already subscribed to an existing data/call plan, purchasing a new plan will not override the existing allocation of their current plan.
  9. All un-used data balance will be forfeited and refund will not be valid.
  10. Authenticity of registration will be subject to audit and checks by Tune Talk. If registration is proved to be fraudulent including but not limited due to false IDs, commercial usage, unauthorized registration, etc. Tune Talk reserves the right to terminate the line without notice. 
  11. Multiple Data Plans usage prioritization.
  12. In the case of multiple active data plans and freebies, utilization will be based on the below table:

  13. All queries pertaining to the above Plans should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am – 10pm daily.
  14. Tune Talk reserves the right to temporarily block, suspend or cancel the subscription to the Plan or Service if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that the Plan and/or Service has been abused, used or exploited commercially without Tune Talk authorization, fraud or against any law. (Refer to Terms of Service)
  15. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflict or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
  16. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
  17. The subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act,2010 requirements as  stated here at Tune Talk Privacy Policy . Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
