- Discontinuation of Legacy Plans
- Tune Talk will discontinue the following legacy mobile plans as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance user experience and provide better value through the Epik+ plan series. The discontinuation will take effect based on the following schedule:

- All subscribers currently on legacy plans listed below will be automatically migrated to the corresponding to Epik+ plans as outlined:
- Mandatory Migration
- The migration to Epik+ plans is compulsory. All affected subscribers will be automatically migrated based on the respective legacy planβs discontinuation timeline. Subscribers may not remain on the discontinued plans beyond the effective dates.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By continuing to use Tune Talkβs services after the migration date, subscribers are deemed to have accepted the new Epik+ Plan and its corresponding terms and conditions.
- Charges and Service Terms
- The migration process will not incur any additional charges.
- Any remaining balance, quota, or benefits from the discontinued legacy plans will be forfeited and will not be carried forward, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- General
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, vary, or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The latest updates will be made available at tunetalk.com.
- For any questions or issues regarding the upgrade, the Subscriber may contact the Customer Care team via Live Chat or by calling 13100 / 03-2771 7000 (non-Tune Talk or overseas) from 8 am to 10 pm daily.
