  1. Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”) is organising #AyamHappyTanpaHad Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “#AHTH”).
  2. This promotion is governed by the Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) mentioned herein.
  3. Tune Talk reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion and the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on Tune Talk’s www.tunetalk.com (“Website”) and/or any of its social media platforms namely Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Weibo (“Tune Talk’s Social Media Platform”).
  4. Each promotional e-voucher shall be limited to ONE (1) redemption of KFC cash e-voucher per registered mobile number and subjected to thirty (30) days validity from issuance date of confirmation SMS.
  5. KFC cash e-voucher (“e-voucher”) will be available while stocks last, subject to Tune Talk’s discretion to allocate the number of e-vouchers available.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Get a New Tune Talk SIM OR Port-in to Tune Talk within the Promo Period and subscribe to any Pelan Fokus 33, 40, or Bebas 55 within 7 days from your New SIM activation OR Port-in to Tune Talk and you will get up to RM20 worth of KFC cash e-voucher (based on first plan subscription done) (Refer to clause 11 (Schedule A) below).
  2. All new line activations or successful port-ins with subscription to any Pelan Fokus or Bebas only within the Promo Period (Refer to clause 8 below).
  3. Subscribers will need to activate their line within the period of 00:01 5th December 2022 onwards until 23:59 31st December 2022. Tune Talk reserves the sole right to extend or otherwise discontinue the Promo Period without any prior notice to subscribers.
  4. Follow these steps to be eligible and redeem the e-voucher for #AHTH:
    • STEP 1 = Download / Update to the latest version of Tune Talk App
    • STEP 2 = Register a new Tune Talk SIM OR Port-in to Tune Talk
    • STEP 3 = Complete SIM registration, OR successfully Port-in
    • STEP 4 = Within 7 days, subscribe to any Pelan Fokus 33, 40, or Bebas 55
    • STEP 5 = After 24 hours receive “e-voucher code” confirmation SMS
    • STEP 6 = Fill in e-voucher code upon checkout via KFC Website OR KFC App
  5.  For subscriber(s) to receive SMS with e-voucher, subscriber must place registered SIM card into mobile device (with capability to receive SMS).
  6. The cash amount of e-voucher obtained for each plan subscription are shown in the Table provided below:

Further Terms & Conditions

  1. The #AHTH terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription (‘Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) as and when so amended by Tune Talk from time to time. Subscribers who qualify and join the #AHTH promotion are bound to the abovesaid Terms and Conditions.
  2. All Subscribers that participate in the #AHTH are bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein together with Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions, as and when so amended from time to time and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  3. Tune Talk will not be held liable in the event that the e-voucher is not redeemed within said Promo Period.
  4. Redemptions that are incomplete, illegible and/or fraudulent will be rendered invalid immediately.
  5. Tune Talk reserves the right at any time without liability to suspend or terminate our subscribers’ Service, plans, data, voice, or call subscriptions if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that you are in violation of Tune Talk’s Service Subscription Terms and Conditions or our Fair Usage Policy.
  6. Tune Talk at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotional period in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Tune Talk, despite the best efforts of Tune Talk, or for any reason whatsoever without the need to disclose such reason.
  7. Where the Terms & Conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
  8. The law governing this Terms and Conditions shall be the laws of Malaysia.
  9. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
  10. The Subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements as stated here at Privacy Policy. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
