Viu Premium Offer T&Cs

The Viu Premium Offer, (hereinafter referred to as “VPO”) is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The VPO terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription (‘Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) as and when so amended by Tune Talk from time to time. Subscribers who qualify and join the VPO promotion are bound to the abovesaid Terms and Conditions.
  2. This VPO Mechanics:
    1. Shall be made available effectively from 00:01 5th December 2022 onwards until 23:59 28th February 2023 (“Offer Period”), limited to ONE (1) redemption of Viu Premium access per mobile number, valid for 30 days. Tune Talk however reserves the sole right to extend or otherwise discontinue the Promo Period without any prior notice to subscribers.
    2. VPO will be available while stocks last, subject to Tune Talk’s discretion to allocate the number of promo codes available.
    3. Redeem VPO for 1pts via the Tune Talk App only within the Promo Period (Refer to clause 2 (a) above).
    4. Eligibility criteria (“Eligibility”):
      1. GOLD tier (Tune Talk Subscriber with ≥ 1,500pts)
        • STEP 1 = Download / Update to the latest version of Tune Talk App
        • STEP 2 = Click TT Shop > Loyalty and redeem Viu Premium for 1pts
        • STEP 3 = In My Rewards, click ‘Use now’ and swipe to reconfirm
        • STEP 4 = Apply promo code on Viu Premium website/Viu App within the allocated 10 minutes time as per the steps below: –
          • Through Web Browser & Apple device
            1. To Redeem, please copy the code and visit https://www.viu.com/ott/my/en/all?isRedeem=true
            2. Enter the code in the redeem voucher section
            3. Sign Up
            4. Promo code has been successfully redeemed
            5. Use the same log in ID & Password to watch via Viu App
          • Through Android device
            1. To Redeem, please copy the code and launch Viu App
            2. Click the menu and choose ‘Go Premium’
            3. Scroll down and look for “Have a promocode?”
            4. Enter the code in the redeem voucher section.
            5. Sign Up
            6. Promo code has been successfully redeemed
    5. VPO promo codes are only redeemable by users who do not have an existing Viu Premium subscription. If a user that receives the promo code has an existing Viu Premium subscription, the user must wait until the existing subscription has expired in order to activate or redeem the VPO promo code.
    6. The validity period of the VPO promo codes will not be extended.
    7. The promo codes for VPO may not be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
  3. Tune Talk reserves the right at any time without liability to suspend or terminate our subscribers’ Service, plans, data, voice, or call subscriptions if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that you are in violation of Tune Talk’s Service Subscription Terms and Conditions or our Fair Usage Policy.
  4. All queries pertaining to the redemption of the VPO should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
  5. All queries pertaining to post-redemption and failure to redeem the subscription via Viu’s platform, should be directed to Viu Customer Service support via:-

    • Web Browser: Menu -> My Account -> Click Here to contact us
  6. All Subscribers that participate in the VPO are bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein together with Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions, as and when so amended from time to time and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  7. Where the Terms & Conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
  8. The law governing this Terms and Conditions shall be the laws of Malaysia.
  9. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
  10. The Subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements as stated here at Privacy Policy. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
