These Terms and Conditions (βTermsβ) govern the subscription and use of the Tune Talk Epik+ Family service (βEpik+ Familyβ or βServiceβ) provided by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (βTune Talkβ, βweβ, βusβ, or βourβ). By subscribing to or using Epik+ Family, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description
Epik+ Family is a mobile plan that allows one Master Line with up to four (4) linked Supplementary Lines under a shared entitlement structure.
Epik+ Family is intended for adult users, including families with adult children and is subject to Tune Talkβs prevailing eligibility requirements, verification process, and system capability.
The service includes shared data, unlimited calls, E-Roaming benefit in selected complimentary countries, insurance benefit, and other plan entitlements as determined by Tune Talk from time to time.
Each subscription cycle is valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated by Tune Talk.

Plan Structure
Epik+ Family is offered at a base price of 00 per subscription cycle.
The Service allows for up to five (5) total lines, comprising:
One (1) Master Line; and
Up to four (4) Supplementary Lines
All eligible lines linked under the same Epik+ Family account shall share the same quota pool and applicable plan entitlements.
Tune Talk reserves the right to determine, amend, vary, or limit the maximum number of lines allowed under the Service at any time.
Shared Usage
The 1200GB quota under Epik+ Family is shared across the Master Line and all eligible Supplementary Lines linked under the same account.
All Supplementary Lines shall consume data from the shared quota pool made available under the service.
Usage monitoring and visibility for shared usage shall be available through the Tune Talk App to the Master Line and Supplementary Lines, subject to system availability. Individual line users may only view the overall shared data usage and shall not be able to view the detailed usage of other linked lines.
The shared data quota is subject to fair usage and shall be used for normal personal use only. Tune Talk may manage, restrict, suspend, or limit the Service if usage is excessive, abnormal, abusive, commercial, or affects network performance or service quality.
Any unused data quota under Epik+ Family will not be carried forward to the next subscription cycle and will be forfeited upon expiry of the current validity period.
Calls
Epik+ Family includes unlimited calls, subject to Tune Talkβs applicable fair usage policy and service limitations.
Unlimited calls are intended for normal personal use only and shall not be used for commercial, bulk, automated, abusive, fraudulent, or non-standard usage.
Registration and Account Rules
Subscription to Epik+ Family is subject to Tune Talkβs prevailing registration, verification, approval requirements, and system capability.
A subscriber may register under the same tariff using the same NRIC, subject to Tune Talkβs applicable rules and validation requirements.
The subscriber of the Master Line shall be fully responsible for all Supplementary Lines linked under the Epik+ Family account, including usage, account management, renewal, charges, and compliance with these Terms.
A Supplementary Line is not allowed to independently subscribe to, purchase, or maintain a separate plan while linked under the Epik+ Family structure, unless otherwise permitted by Tune Talk.
Family E-Roaming
Epik+ Family includes E-Roaming under the Roam as Home concept, subject to Tune Talkβs prevailing roaming terms, supported destinations, partner network availability, and system capability.
The E-Roaming benefit is embedded as part of the Epik+ Family plan and is available in selected complimentary countries determined by Tune Talk from time to time.
The E-Roaming benefit is subject to a Fair Usage Policy, or such other limit as may be imposed by Tune Talkβs international roaming partners from time to time.
The E-Roaming benefit is applicable only in the selected complimentary countries listed by Tune Talk, which may include Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, India, Vietnam, Philippines, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, New Zealand, Australia, and Brunei.
Roaming coverage, speed, service quality, network availability, and access may vary depending on the destination country, overseas network operator, device compatibility, local regulations, and any restrictions imposed by Tune Talkβs roaming partners.
Tune Talk reserves the right to determine, revise, suspend, substitute, remove, or withdraw any roaming country, roaming benefit, roaming quota, price, partner network, or related feature at any time, with or without prior notice.
Insurance Benefit
Epik+ Family may include Personal Accident (PA) Insurance coverage of up to RM500,000, subject to the eligibility criteria, underwriting requirements, policy exclusions, and approval of the appointed insurer.
The insurance of RM100,000 per person shall be subject to the applicable policy structure and the insurerβs terms.
All insurance claims, approvals, rejections, disputes, and benefit administration shall be subject solely to the terms and decision of the appointed insurer.
Tune Talk shall not be liable for any delay, rejection, limitation, or decision made by the insurer.
Detachment of Supplementary Line
Where a Supplementary Line is required to be removed, detached, or migrated out from the Epik+ Family structure, Tune Talk may require the subscriber to complete applicable administrative and verification process.
In such event, the affected subscriber may be required to:
Pay a RM10 detachment fee;
Complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification; and
Subscribe to an eligible Epik+ plan as may be offered by Tune Talk at that time.
Tune Talk reserves the right to determine the applicable detachment process, documentation requirements, replacement plan, and effective date of such change.
Fair Usage and Prohibited Conduct
Subscriber must use Epik+ Family in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner.
The Service must not be used for:
Unlawful or illegal activity.
Fraud, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized resale;
Bulk or machine-generated calling;
Commercial exploitation; or
Any activity that may impair Tune Talkβs network, systems, or services.
Tune Talk may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate the Service or any linked line if abnormal, excessive, suspicious, or prohibited usage is detected.
Renewal, Suspension and Termination
Epik+ Family is valid for 30 days and may be renewed in accordance with Tune Talkβs prevailing renewal mechanism.
If the subscriber fails to maintain sufficient credit, account eligibility, or required account status, renewal may fail and the applicable benefits may cease upon expiry.
Tune Talk reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, discontinue, or terminate the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without prior notice, where necessary.
No prorated refund, rebate, credit, or compensation will be provided for any unused portion of the Service if the Service is terminated, cancelled, suspended, detached, migrated, or changed before the end of the validity period, unless otherwise determined by Tune Talk.
Change to Service
Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, vary, modify, suspend, or discontinue Epik+ Family, including any fees, features, entitlements, eligibility requirements, or these Terms, at any time.
Any such change shall take effect upon publication through Tune Talkβs official channels, unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, damage, interruption, delay, failed activation, failed renewal, roaming issue, app limitation, service unavailability, or other disruption arising from or in connection with Epik+ Family, except as required by law.
Tune Talk makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
General
These Terms shall be read together with Tune Talkβs general terms and conditions, privacy policy, and any other applicable product-specific terms issued by Tune Talk from time to time.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Tune Talkβs general terms and conditions, Tune Talk shall determine the prevailing terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
